Here's my 2-on-1 interview with the wickedly gorgeous Witches of WICKED THE MUSICAL ♡

WICKED is one of the world’s most celebrated, spectacular and successful stage musicals of all time. WICKED first premiered in Singapore at Marina Bay Sands in 2011, opening to rave reviews. The show had a successful three-month run, attracting sell-out audiences.

Jacqueline Hughes (Elphaba) & Carly Anderson (Glinda) were in town a couple of weeks ago. I arrived at the Marina Bay Sands Chairman Suite at about 5 p.m. and they were so bubbly you wouldn't even tell they were up since 5 in the morning. The two witches 'flew' all the way from London to Singapore for press calls, they only stayed for 2 days and then hop on their brooms again. They will be back this week just in time for the opening of the musical. I'm so giddy with excitement to catch it, are you?❣

Below are just a few Q's I've thrown at them, I know the feeling of long hour flights, the jet lag and all and I can't really tell on their faces that they're exhausted. So I promise that I'll go easy on them and they said, "NO, TAKE YOUR TIME - HONESTLY!"

did you do something special, like a girls bonding ?

jacq: We did a LOT of rehearsals.

carly: And a 13 hour flight!

if given a chance, would you like to switch roles?

CARLY: I don't think I can sing it.

JACQ: Yes. You're good!

CARLY:I can try to sing it offstage. Jacq, you just open your mouth. No one would ever know.

what do you think makes wicked the musical so special?

JACQ: It's a huge spectacle - from lavish costumes to incredible score; everyone can relate to it but the ultimate call of WICKED is its heart.
