Marinating Beef: How To 

Hey loves! Surprisingly I found an old video...I showed here just one of those styles I do for marinating beef. Pardon the sleeppyzzzz voice, as I was filming this at the unholy hour of 3AM hahaha!

For this, I was intending to cook a Beef Steak or BISTEK Tagalog;

using Australian Stir Fry Beef Cuts.

I do not have a standard recipe neither a standard marinade.

My marinating style depends on the cut of meat I get.It's just like wearing an outift, mix & match.. hehe!

Calamansi/Soy Sauce/Pepper/Liquid Seasoning

The key to marinating?

I say, the sauce.

The kryptonite?

The lemon juice.

In that case, you will never encounter tough to chew meals.
