You gotta list this place to crawl even during a weeknight, the Martini Bar @ Mezza9, Grand Hyatt Hotel Singapore . This establishment has garnered numerous awards for being one of the best bars in Singapore. Martini Bar @ Mezza9 is well regarded for its reliably tasty and award-winning martinis. Their martinis are pricey (ranges from $19-$28) so the best time to try? HAPPY HOUR for the 50% off deal.

Whenever I have the feel to imbibe, this is my go-to happy hour bar. I rarely do reviews on bars, but this warrants it. They have different types of handcrafted martinis- think with an extensive list of about 30, if I'm not mistaken.  Some bars during happy hour will only allow you to get the same type of drink, but not here. You have the freedom to choose whatever you wish to have. You  can enjoy 50% off all house pour drinks (excluding bottles), cocktails and martinis from 6pm – 9pm (Monday to Friday), Saturday (3pm-9pm). 

Martini Bar @ Mezza9 is a glass-enclosed bar located at the mezzanine level of the Grand Hyatt with a nice view of the bustling Scotts Road - so nurse your drink a bit, enjoy the ambiance and the  classy yet relaxed vibe. In case you'd get hungry, Mezza9 is also front loaded with savoury nibbles. The Thai Style Chicken Wings is a standout ($12).  Don't dare miss it.

This place gets real packed and they do not allow any reservations during happy hour. This is a good place to chill or lounge- no foul dancing if that's what you wanna know, hah. Staff are extremely friendly too however be ready to chase them (and be prepared to wait!*) during happy hour. Overall, this place is perfect for an excellent weeknight wind down.
